FAQs

  • We aim to capture between 40-70 photos per hour. The final amount may vary depending on how comfortable your guests are about having their photo taken.

  • Once your images have been processed, we’ll email you a link to view them via Google Drive where you’ll be able to download them to your computer or hard drive.

  • To maintain our high quality and consistency of our editing process, please allow up to 14 days for your gallery to be ready for viewing.

  • No. The photos you’ll receive will not have our branding or logo on them.

  • Yes. We do travel outside of Melbourne however, you’ll need to contact us so we can accurately quote depending on the location of your event.

  • We don’t upload whole event albums. We may however use some of them on our website and socials.

  • Absolutely! The Google Drive link you’ll receive can be shared with anyone you wish.

  • No. We don’t provide the RAW files of any of our images.
